Hi, my name is Clare I am a Lake District wedding photographer. I am a country girl through and through, being born and raised in The Lake District is an absolute blessing. With offerings of magnificent landscapes, breathtaking waterfalls, beautiful Lakes and seasonal changes alongside the ever varied weather conditions; this natural playground chimes with my love of the outdoors. I'm based only a stones throw from Windermere, Coniston, and the hidden gems of the West Lake District. My family farm upon Cartmel Fell overlooking one of the best views in the South Lakes. Whether I am working the land or photographing the beauty of it, each inch is one I treasure. Maybe it is the unruined natural scenes and wildlife, or is it the moody skies and sunny spells that sculpt the picturesque mountain views that keeps me tied to my home? (Writing this I smile). I know all too well it is the early mornings when I feel like Beatrix Potter, as the wildlife cascades the walls into the woodland, when the crisp fresh air and rain that sprinkles my face when I least expect it. It is the charming peaceful silence that I've never found anywhere else. Like many, I could sit for hours listening to the waters upon the shores and taking in the skyline of peaks transforms as the clouds roll over them.
